How to make Hakka Leicha
1.
Wash the rice and cook
2.
Put a handful of tea leaves ( Green tea or Tieguanyin, not too much), put the fried peanuts and sesame seeds into a food processor, and stir into tea syrup. Originally I used a leibo to make Leicha, but it was too laborious so I bought a food processor.
3.
Add water and salt to the black beans and cook them in a pressure cooker. If you want it to be more fragrant, you can stir-fry the cooked black beans with minced garlic.
4.
Wash the long beans and lettuce and chop them into small pieces. Soak the mushrooms and squid and cut into strips.
5.
First add oil and heat the pan, add the lettuce and stir fry until cooked and add salt
