Method for frying pork with cucumber and fungus
Required materials: a cucumber, a handful of auricularia auricula (washed with water) and a braised pig.
Sliced cucumber and pork. Cucumber needs to be treated to make it crisper.
Sprinkle a spoonful of salt on the cucumber for five or six minutes to squeeze out the water (don't throw this water away, you can use it later)
Stir-fry the fungus first, add the freshly squeezed water and simmer for a while, which will not only make the fungus taste (salt in cucumber water), but also make the fungus mature. Then add cucumber slices and stir fry.
Finally, add pork and stir well.
