Ingredients: asparagus, cooked ham and mushrooms.
Seasoning: chopped green onion, Jiang Mo and salt.

1. Wash asparagus and cut off roots; Sliced ham; Wash mushrooms; Chop onion and ginger separately;

Ingredients: chicken 1 piece, water-borne mushrooms1piece, 5 shallots and 5 garlic.
Exercise:
1, put oil in the casserole and heat it, and add onion and garlic when it is 70% hot;
