Accessories: 2 tablespoons cooking wine, appropriate amount of salt, 2 tablespoons starch, 1 tablespoon soy sauce.
Steps:
1. Prepare 350g green shell shrimp and wash it.
2. Add salt, cooking wine, soy sauce, starch and eggs and marinate for 20 minutes.
3. Put it in a hot oil pan and fry until it is slightly yellow. Take it out and let it cool. Fry in the oil pan again until golden brown.
4. The fried shrimp cake is finished.
Tips:
Put less when frying, in case it doesn't fry thoroughly.
