Patients should avoid eating spicy, irritating and greasy foods, such as peppers, mustard, hot pot, onions, fried skewers and other foods during taking warfarin, and the diet should be light to avoid affecting the curative effect.
In the meantime, eat more fresh vegetables and fruits, such as spinach, celery, apples and kiwifruit. Patients should take a rest and avoid strenuous exercise.
