Method for make pear sauce
1. Peel and wash the pears, and remove the stones. The pear core must be removed here, or the color of the pear juice will not look good.

2. Put two pears into a cooking machine and mash them.

3. Dice the remaining two pears and add sugar.

4. Stir the sugar evenly so that the pears can fully absorb the sugar and soak for one night, 12 hours.

5. Put the soaked pears in a pot (don't use an iron pot here) and cook them over high fire.

6. After the pot is boiled, change to low heat and simmer slowly.

7. Slowly simmer the pears until they are dry, and add honey (if you don't use honey, you can use maltose. I don't have any honey selected from maltose.

8. After adding honey, continue to simmer on low heat until the pear juice dries and turns pale golden yellow, then turn off the fire. After cooling, put it in a clean sealed bottle.
