Bread is made in the same way as ordinary bread. The baked bread smells like bean flour, and the mouth smells like milk. It's soft and mellow and very delicious.

1 .50g soybean, 200g high-gluten flour, 30g sugar, 20g butter, 30g egg liquid, 4g salt, milk 130g, 5g yeast.
working methods

Mix all the materials except butter, knead thoroughly until smooth, then add butter and knead to form a film.

The first fermentation is about 1 hour. After taking it out, it is divided into 6 parts with uniform size, and it is awakened for 10 minute.

Knead a part into a circle, put it in a paper mold, and ferment for about 50 minutes for the second time. Brush the bread surface with egg liquid and sprinkle with 175 degree soybeans for 20 minutes.
