Exercise:
1. Remove the pedicels from the tomatoes, clean them, and then cut them in half with a knife. Generally, a tomato can be cut into 8 pieces to 16 pieces. You can cut it into suitable thickness according to your own needs. Generally speaking, pickled tomato slices should not be too thick, otherwise they will not taste good, but they should not be too thin, otherwise all the juice inside will flow out and it will not taste good.
2. Put the chopped tomatoes in a bowl neatly, and put some sugar in it and let it stand for a while. The amount of sugar is also very particular, not too little, too little some tomato slices may not be pickled, too much, and the pickled juice is too sweet, which affects the taste. And the sugar must be evenly sprinkled on the surface of the tomato slices.
You can eat it in about half an hour.
Skills:
1, the amount of pickled tomatoes should not be too much, and they must be put in order when they are put, not all piled together. Otherwise, if sugar is added, many tomato slices may not be stained with sugar and will not be pickled well.
If you eat it in summer, you'd better put it in the refrigerator before pickling, so it tastes better. In addition, don't marinate too much at a time, just enough for one meal. Pickled tomatoes will taste a little bad if you eat them next meal.
3. The curing time is about half an hour.
