The temple was founded by the founder of the mountain, the ancient peak monk, and was originally named Jingshanyuan. According to the existing inscriptions on the rebuilding of Jingshan Ancient Temple, it was rebuilt in the 20th year of Qing Qianlong (1755) and in the 7th year of Xianfeng (1875). 1950 was occupied and destroyed. After the Third Plenary Session of the Eleventh Central Committee of the Communist Party of China, the religious policy was implemented. From the second day of February of the lunar calendar 1986, another land was designated as the temple site to start reconstruction. 1987 August 25th of the lunar calendar, completed and opened. The ancient temple is full of glory, and the sound is heard again.

The rebuilt temple has a total area of nearly 10000 square meters, of which the building area is 1000 square meters, facing south. There are Heavenly King Hall, Mahayana Hall, Guanyin Hall, Tibetan Scripture Building, Buddhists' Dormitory, Gongde Monument Pavilion, Fantianxiang Pavilion, Jade Buddha and so on. Located in Xian 'an Town, Huilai Oriental Hawaii International Tourism Resort has a total investment of 6 billion yuan, mainly for the construction of Hawaiian romantic beach, Atlas shopping center, Hawaiian style resort hotel, yacht dock, Hawaiian sea paradise, Chaoshan Chamber of Commerce international headquarters, waterfront leisure commercial street, Lingnan style resort, Lingnan ancient town sightseeing ecological farm and so on.

The first phase of Huilai Oriental Hawaii International Tourism Resort is under full construction, mainly building the coastal area, including outlet shopping center, amorous commercial street, theme beach, experience center and five-star platinum hotel, which is scheduled to be completed in May 2065438+2005. At present, the foundations of 66,000 square meters five-star platinum hotel and 40,000 square meters commercial street have been fully constructed, 48 piles have been completed, and the remaining 246 piles are under construction. In addition, 4,000 square meters of theme beach is being cleaned, the foundation of 3,000 square meters of experience center has been completed, and steel bars are being made and bound, entering the main construction stage.

The construction of the project is progressing smoothly, and the basement of the hotel is being leveled, which is expected to be completed in mid-April. The experience center will be renovated and opened to the public in August.
