How to cook glutinous rice sausage
Materials:

Glutinous rice 1 kg

Large intestine 1 kg

Two red onions.

A few mushrooms

Shrimp 2 Liang

A little cotton thread

Proper amount of water

Marinade:

Proper amount of soy sauce

A little pepper

Exercise:

(1) Wash the large intestine for later use.

(2) Dice the red onion and mushroom, stir-fry the dried shrimps in an oil pan, then stir-fry the glutinous rice in the pan, and finally add the submerged materials.

(3) Tie a cotton thread at one end of the large intestine, then pour the glutinous rice and its soup into the large intestine, and finally tie the tail end tightly with cotton thread. Don't fill the large intestine too full, because glutinous rice will swell after steaming.

Remarks:

Glutinous rice can be long glutinous rice or round glutinous rice, but round glutinous rice tastes better.
