Ingredients:
50 grams of beef tenderloin
100 grams of tofu and other foods
5 grams of onions and foods
5 grams of ginger is compatible with food

Recipe method:
1. Wash the beef spine, cut into small slices with a knife, and then cut into small cubes with a knife.

3. Mince green onion, ginger and coriander.

7. Add 10 grams of cooking wine, about 100 grams of water, 5 grams of salt, MSG, chicken powder, and pepper, and bring to a boil over high heat.
8. Add the blanched tofu cubes. Thicken the gravy with 15 grams of starch, sprinkle in egg white and bring to a boil, pour in sesame oil and remove from the pan.
9. Put it into a plate and sprinkle with coriander, and a delicious West Lake beef soup with full color, aroma and flavor will be displayed in front of everyone.
