6. After the computer restarts, as shown in the figure below, enter the blue screen startup setting screen, where you need to use the Fn key to make choices, such as using

F4 chooses to enter the safe mode and F3 enters the low-resolution mode. The only way is to start win 10 normally with the Enter key.
