Ingredients: 3-4 eggs, Lentinus edodes 8- 10, Lentinus edodes in Fengxi 8- 10, Lentinus edodes in Fengxi 1 package, garlic and chopped green onion.
Seasoning: oyster sauce, fish sauce/soy sauce, cooking wine, salt, a few drops of sesame oil and pepper.
Exercise:
1, soaked mushrooms, sliced mushrooms, cut roots of Fengxi mushrooms, and smashed. Chop the onion and garlic.
2, add a little salt to the eggs, pepper and cooking wine to break up, it is best to make bubbles. Note: Adding cooking wine to eggs can make eggs more fragrant and tender.
3, hot pot, add some oil, fry the eggs, set aside.
4. In the same pot, pour oil, saute garlic and saute mushrooms. Then add mushrooms and Pleurotus eryngii, stir well, add oyster sauce, fish sauce/soy sauce, a little water (1 tablespoon is enough), pour in scrambled eggs, stir well, let the eggs absorb the sauce, and stir-fry for 1-2 minutes.
5. Drop a few drops of sesame oil before cooking and sprinkle with chopped green onion.
