Ingredients: four sea cucumbers, four taro, four mushrooms, chicken soup 1 bowl, and proper amount of salt.
Exercise:
1. Soak sea cucumber, wash mushrooms, remove roots, blanch and slice for later use;
2. Wash and peel taro and slice it for later use;
3. Add the right amount of chicken soup and taro slices to the casserole. After the fire is boiled, simmer for 6 minutes until the taro slices are cooked;
4. Add the soaked sea cucumber and blanched mushrooms, continue to simmer 1 minute, add a little salt and seasoning, and then take out the pot.
