Cut ginger into pieces, shred, cut shallots into long sections, cut green and finely, and cut millet into small circles.
Wash the slaughtered naked grouper, and make several cuts on the fish body, and make cuts on both sides to facilitate the taste. Then put a little salt, add a little cooking wine, add a little ginger, and put a little in your stomach.
Put some ginger slices in the pot as the bottom, then add naked grouper, and put shredded ginger and scallion on the fish noodles. Steam in a steamer 15 minutes. Because the fish is a little big, my plate can't hold it, so I have to use a basin, which looks worse.
After the fish is steamed, take it out, pour out the water inside, put it in soy sauce (steamed fish with soy sauce is better) and steam it in a pot for 3 minutes.
Take out the steamed fish, remove the onion and ginger from it, and add new shredded ginger, onion and pepper.
Put a proper amount of vegetable oil in the pot, heat it and pour it on the fish.
