1. First, we input the data into Sheet2 and Sheet3 in the form, where Sheet2 is primary and secondary data and Sheet3 is secondary and tertiary data. Similar to the way of making the second-level drop-down menu before, we first enter Sheet2, select all the data, click Formula-Specify-only keep the check in front of the first line, and cancel everything else. Similarly, we enter Sheet3 again for operation;
2. Set the first-level drop-down menu: enter Sheet 1, select cell A2, enter data-validity-validity-selection order, and select cell A 1:C 1 of Sheet2 in the Source (that is, the content of the first-level drop-down menu);
(Note: Select an option after setting, otherwise an error will occur when setting Level 2. )
3. Set the secondary drop-down menu. Position the cursor in cell B2, then enter Data-Validity-Validity-Select Series, and enter "= Indirect (A2)" for confirmation;
4. Set the three-level drop-down menu. Select cell C2 and perform the same operation, except that "= indirect (B2)" is entered in the source. Finally, we select the A2:C2 cell and fill it down. At this point, our multi-level drop-down menu has been completed.
