Exercise:

Ingredients: peeled peanut 1 cup, soybean half cup, milk half cup, egg yolk 1, brown sugar 2 spoon, sesame half cup (optional).

Practice: soak soybeans for one night (at least 4 hours), then put them in a pot and add water to boil, add cold water after boiling, and take them out and drain when boiling again. Then put it into a blender with other ingredients and mix well.
