Accessories: appropriate amount of rock sugar;
1. Peel aloe, cut into pieces, soak in water for a while, and then rinse off the mucus.
2. Wash the dried lotus seeds, blanch them in boiling water, pour off the water and remove the unwashed seeds, otherwise the seeds will be bitter. Soak tremella, cut off the roots and tear into small flowers.
3. Add a proper amount of water to the pot, add lotus seeds and cook for 10 minute, then add tremella and aloe.
4. Add red dates and cook together. After cooking for about 20 minutes, add some rock sugar to taste.
5. Turn off the fire after adding coconut milk and finish.
