Exercise 1. Wash the shrimps and marinate them with yellow wine and cornmeal for more than half an hour.
2. Slice the winter bamboo shoots, soak them in water to remove astringency, and remove them for later use.
3. Cut the shrimp on low heat and remove it for later use.
4. Recommend hot pot cold oil, olive oil or tea oil. Stir-fry shrimp with onion, add bamboo shoots and salt, stir fry, thicken with water and starch, and take out.
