Ingredients: 500 grams of red beans, 45 grams of osmanthus, and appropriate amount of sugar.
Practice: Wash the red beans after removing impurities, and soak them in clear water for 12 hours to make them swell. Put the red beans in a pot, add 1000 ml of water, bring to a boil over high fire, and stew for about 3 hours until the red beans are crisp and rotten, then add osmanthus fragrans and sugar and mix well.
