Install the APP: scan the QR code below, or search for "Mijia Inkjet Printing Assistant" in the APP store to download and install the app.

Add a device: Open the APP, click+,select "Add a new printer", and complete the connection according to the tips of the APP.

1. Connect the printer Wi-Fi: On the printer Wi-Fi page, click the "Go to Settings" button to connect the wireless network of the mobile phone to the network starting with "Mi-Setup".

(1) If the network starting with "Mi-Setup" is not found, please restart the printer and mobile device. If you still can't find it, first check whether there is an indicator light flashing on the printer control panel. If no indicator light flashes, press and hold the Cancel +Wireless Connect button for 3 seconds until the power indicator light flashes and is released, and then reset the printer network.

(2) After the printer is reset, search the network from "Mi-Setup" according to the above steps.

2. After the "Mi-Setup" network connection is successful, return to the Mijia Inkjet Printing Assistant APP page, and the page will jump to the page that allocates the network for the printer. Please select the network to which the printer will connect and enter the network password.

If the router network you want to connect to does not appear in the app, please check whether the signal coverage of the router network is good and whether the router network is a 2.4G network.

3. After the router network is successfully configured, the APP page will remind you to switch the mobile device network to the network connected to the printer, and click "Enter Settings" to switch the mobile device network to the network you just configured for the printer.

4. Return to the inkjet printing assistant APP, click Start Experience and start using.

1. The printer only supports wireless networks in the 2.4GHz band.

2. Due to the upgrade and update of the APP, the actual operation may be slightly different from the above description. Please follow the instructions in the current application.

Please complete the network connection as soon as possible within 2 hours after the first startup. If the Internet connection fails, please press and hold the "Wireless Connection" button and the "Cancel Task" button at the same time (except the wireless connection indicator) until the power indicator flashes and the Wi-Fi is successfully reset.

4. The device and the printer are connected to the same Wi-Fi network, which means that when the APP is connected, the device and the printer are connected to the same network. At present, the APP only supports Android7.0 or iOS9.0 and above. Due to the upgrade and update of APP, the support system may change. Please refer to the application compatibility information in the app store.
