Fried fish flowers belong to Jiangsu cuisine, and the main raw material is cuttlefish, which tastes fresh.
The process is explosive and moderately difficult.
Raw materials:
560g of fresh cuttlefish, 0/5g of coriander/kloc-,25g of water-borne magnolia bamboo shoots, 5g of black fungus, green beans, chopped green onion, Jiang Mo and minced garlic.
Exercise:
1. Wash fresh cuttlefish, cut cuttlefish into litchi flower blades, blanch and drain; Burning peanut oil to 60% heat, stir-frying chopped green onion, Jiang Mo and minced garlic;
2. Add black flowers, magnolia slices, fungus, green beans, coriander and seasonings to thicken, and sprinkle with pepper after serving.
