Step 1
Slice the rice cake, break the eggs, slice the cabbage with chopped green onion, and marinate the spare shredded pork with soy sauce, yellow wine and starch.
Second step
Spread the eggs into cakes in an oil pan (I use lard) and shred them for later use.
Third step
Add cabbage and saute until fragrant. Add shredded pork and stir-fry until it changes color.
Fourth step
Add boiled water (1/2), tofu, rice cake and salt.
Step five
Finish the dish: pour the rice cake into the bowl → spread the egg strips → sprinkle with chopped green onion.
