Ingredients: 250g (fresh) mushrooms.
Accessories: chestnut (fresh) 100g, pea tip 50g, egg 50g.
Seasoning: starch (corn) 30g, pepper 2g, monosodium glutamate 2g, salt 5g, sugar 5g, onion 5g, garlic (white skin) 5g, ginger 5g, rapeseed oil 15g.
Stir-fried chestnuts with mushrooms;
1. Wash mushrooms, chestnuts, pea tips, onions, ginger and garlic;
2. Cut the onion into sections;
3. Slice mushrooms, chestnuts, ginger and garlic;
4. Blanch the chestnut slices with boiling water until they are half ripe, take them out and drain them;
