Cold beef balls

Ingredients: cucumber, Chaoshan beef balls and bean skin.

Seasoning: minced garlic, millet spicy, coriander, shallots, Chili noodles, soy sauce, oyster sauce, salt and sugar.

Exercise:

1 Boil beef balls in cold water 10 minute, add bean skin, blanch and take out for later use.

2 Wash cucumber, mash, cut into sections, mince shallots, and cut parsley into sections.

Add two spoonfuls of minced garlic, millet, pepper and hot oil to three bowls, add one spoonful of oyster sauce, two spoonfuls of soy sauce, half a spoonful of salt and half a spoonful of sugar and mix well.

4. Mix beef balls, cucumbers, coriander, shallots and seasonings evenly and serve.
