Fried meat with broccoli?
Wash the broccoli, cut it into small pieces and soak it in salt water, so that cabbage worms will come out. After about 10 minutes, take it out, boil water in the pot, add broccoli and cook it, and take it out for later use.
Garlic slices
Sliced pork belly. I like to use pork with fat here. It smells better when fried. Marinate with salt, sugar, chicken essence, starch and oil.
Put the oil in a hot pot. When the oil is hot, put down the cured pork, stir-fry it a few times and pick it up.
Heat oil, put down garlic, saute until fragrant, and put down blanched broccoli. Stir-fry until slightly discolored, add appropriate amount of chicken essence and stir-fry.
Add the fried pork and fry together for about a minute. Add some salt and stir fry. Get out of the pot.
