Steamed pumpkin, peeled, mashed and sieved/blueberry mashed and sieved, then put into the pot for heating/pitaya mashed and sieved/black sesame paste is diluted with water until it can flow, and rice is added to mash it into a delicate, flowing and slow-textured paste, which should be quick and clear.
Beat 70g protein into small sharp corners, 1/3 protein to take fruits and vegetables, then mix them evenly, pour them back into the protein bowl, put them into paper paste bags, as shown in the figure, and squeeze them on oiled paper.
Preheat the oven to 100 degrees in advance, bake for about 90 minutes, until the middle is completely baked, and knead it and turn it into powder.
