How is "Pugaozi" made?
Ingredients: 50g dipped in rice flour, 2 tablespoons glutinous rice flour1/,38g ground, 50g sugar (brown sugar), about 250ml water (I used 270ml), a proper amount of soaked red dates, and a little oil.

Exercise:

1. Soak red dates in warm water, remove the core and cut into small pieces for later use;

2. Mix the powder evenly with about 100 ml water to form a thick paste;

3. Boil the remaining water, add saccharification to melt it, pour it into the slurry while it is hot and stir it evenly;

4. Add red jujube blocks;

5. Brush the bowl with oil (I don't have a bowl, I use a chrysanthemum mold), put it in the slurry until it is nine minutes full, steam it in a steamer 15-20 minutes, and take it out.

6. After a little cooling, pick it out with a bamboo stick.
