Ingredients: semi-fat and lean pork, shrimp paste, green and red pepper, ginger and onion.

(1) Slice the peeled and fat pork (don't cut it too thin, it has a bite) and put it in a bowl to enlarge it. Shred green pepper, onion and ginger, all materials are reserved.
(2) Add shrimp paste, green pepper, ginger and seasoning to pork slices, mix well and marinate for15min, transfer to a pan and smooth, steam for15min, and finally sprinkle ginger evenly.
Note: Steamed pork with shrimp sauce is one of my favorite home-cooked dishes. Although I have been pursuing a diet with less meat and more vegetables in recent years, I occasionally do it to satisfy my appetite. Shrimp sauce tastes salty, so it doesn't need to be seasoned with light soy sauce. It is convenient to use shrimp paste in small packages, about one tablespoon per package.
2. Baked tofu with shrimp sauce
Ingredients: a box of beancurd, fresh shrimp 100g, celery 100g, shrimp sauce 1 spoon (15g), 3 slices of ginger, cooking wine 1 teaspoon (5ml), and water starch 1.
Exercise:
1) Wash the fresh shrimp after removing the shell and sand line. Remove leaves from celery, wash and cut into sections. Wash and slice ginger. Cut the tofu into 2cm pieces, put them in a frying pan and fry them on both sides over medium heat until golden brown.
2) Add a little oil to the pot. When the oil is 70% hot, add ginger slices and stir-fry until fragrant, then add shrimp paste and stir-fry, then add celery and shrimp. At this time, add cooking wine and stir-fry a few times, and then add water, which shall not exceed 1/3 of the ingredients in the pot.
3) Add the fried tofu, cover and cook for 3 minutes, then pour in the starch.
Tips:
1. Shrimp sauce smells strange, but it tastes great when cooked with tofu. It's worth a try. The only fly in the ointment is that the color of the food is not good-looking, so don't expect too much.
There is shrimp sauce in the supermarket. Because shrimp paste contains a lot of salt, don't put too much salt in it, and don't put salt in it when cooking.
