Features: Spicy, similar to kung pao chicken.
Preparation time: 5 minutes; Cooking time: 3 minutes
Ingredients: tofu, peeled and fried peanuts, carrots, cucumbers and egg whites.
Sauce: soy sauce, sugar, vinegar, bean paste, dried pepper, onion, ginger, pepper powder, starch and sesame oil.
Exercise:
1. Dice tofu, add starch and egg white for sizing. Wash carrots and cucumbers and cut into pieces for later use.
2. Stir-fry the diced tofu until golden brown, add diced carrots and cucumbers, and stir-fry with sauce.
Chef's tip: Tofu is starched with egg white, and fried is more delicious.
