Shrimp and pork bone soup
Ingredients: baby cabbage, Flammulina velutipes, Lentinus edodes, tofu, fresh shrimp, pork bone, ginger, onion, vinegar and salt.
Exercise:
1. Wash pig bones and blanch with hot water for 3-5 minutes. Skim off the froth and add cooking wine to remove the fishy smell.
2. Add water to the pot, add boiled pork bones, add loose ginger and onion, and add 1-2 drops of vinegar.
3. Wash baby cabbage, Flammulina velutipes, mushrooms, tofu and fresh shrimp and put them into the soup.
4. After the fire boils, simmer for 2-3 hours.
5. Add a spoonful of milk and boil it to make a bone soup mixing pot.
Pork fish balls and pork bone soup
Raw materials: pig bones, fish balls, seafood powder, laver, salt.
Exercise:
1. Wash pig bones and blanch with hot water for 3-5 minutes. Skim off the froth and add cooking wine to remove the fishy smell.
2. Add water to the pot, pour the pig bones and boil.
3. Add the washed fish balls. When the fish balls float, add seaweed.
4. After the fire boils, turn to low heat for 1-2 hours.
5. Finally, add seafood powder and salt to taste.
White radish, oyster and pig bone soup
Ingredients: pork bone, oyster, white radish, oyster sauce, salt.
Exercise:
1. Wash pork bones and oysters, put them in a soup pot and rinse them with cold water.
2. Boil for another 2 minutes and remove the floating foam.
3. Peel and cut the radish into pieces and put it in the pot.
4. After the fire boils, turn to low fire for 90 minutes, and season with salt before eating.
