Longquan Town is located in the middle of Longhua District, Haikou City, Hainan Province, on the east and west sides of Hainan Island Expressway, in Yangshan area. Longquan Town is connected to Longqiao Town in the north, Longtang Town and Yunlong Town in qiongshan district in the east, facing Jiuzhou Town across Nandu River in the southeast, Xinpo Town in the south, Yongxing Town and Zuntan Town in the west. It covers an area of 73.4 square kilometers and has a total population of 4 1 10,000 (about 2003). Qiongxin Highway and Yonglong Highway meet here.
