1. Buy snails and raise them in water for two days. Let them spit out the sediment (it will be faster to spit it out by dropping two drops of oil in water). Brush them before burning, and then cut off their tails with pliers.

3. Stir-fry onion, ginger, pepper and garlic, then stir-fry chicken pieces in an oil pan, stir-fry snails together (preferably separately), and boil cooking wine, soy sauce, star anise, spiced powder, Chili powder, oyster sauce, salt, sugar and a small bowl of water. In order to taste, you can move them to a pressure cooker and press them.
4. Add vegetarian dishes, stir well and cook for about 7 minutes. After boiling the soup a little, put it in a porcelain pot.

Ingredients: snail, Guangxi native chicken, Radix Astragali, Fructus Lycii, and Radix Codonopsis.

1. First, wash the snail, brush it and clip off its tail.
2. Cut the chicken into pieces, put the chicken, snail and ingredients into a pot with boiling water (using an induction cooker) and cook for 40 minutes. Add salt.
3. Turn off the fire. A pot of delicious snail and chicken will do.
