Matters needing attention
1, the tofu will taste better if it is tender, and it will taste tender outside. Old tofu is easy to fry, and its taste is not as good as tender tofu.
2, put more oil in the fried tofu pot, oily tofu is not easy to stick to the pot, and it is easier to achieve the effect of golden on both sides;
3. Dry the water with kitchen paper before the tofu is put into the pot to avoid being scalded by frying oil;
4. After the tofu is put into the oil pan, don't immediately turn it over with a spatula, it will break the tofu, and when you see the edge of the tofu slightly browned, you can get a complete and browned tofu block;
5, like the thick taste, you can add some corn starch water before the pot, the taste of green vegetables will become softer.
