Ingredients: 3 eggs?
Accessories: garlic, salt, white vinegar and black sesame.
Step 1: Boil the eggs. ?
Step 2: Just pat the garlic skin with a knife.
Step 3: Put the garlic into the garlic mortar and mash the garlic with proper amount of salt.
Step 4: Mashed garlic.
Step 5: Add a proper amount of white vinegar to the garlic paste and stir well.
Step 6: Peel the eggs.
Step 7: Cut into small pieces and put them in a bowl.
Step 8: Put the plastic wrap on the rolling pin and mash the eggs.
Step 9: Mix the mashed garlic with the mashed egg and stir well.
Step 10: Sprinkle some black sesame seeds on the plate.
