1. Prepare ingredients.
2. Cut ginger and radish into sections for later use.
3. Remove the blood from the ribs first.
4. Wash and drain the ribs for later use.
5. Add ginger and cooking wine and cook until the water boils. Bring to a low heat and cook for 30 minutes.
6. After the soup is milky white, add radish and cook for 15 minutes.
7. Then add salt and pepper.
