Foods rich in fat: animal fat, grease, egg yolk, milk and milk fat, vegetable oil, soybean, peanut, sesame, sunflower seeds, etc.
Foods rich in inorganic salts (i.e. calcium, iron and iodine): shrimp, shrimp skin, kelp, bean products, Chinese cabbage, green vegetables, potatoes, meat bones, viscera of mammals, eggs, beans, celery, mustard, Nostoc flagelliforme, jellyfish, shellfish, kelp and laver.
Foods rich in vitamin A: liver, eggs, milk, eels, eels and oysters. Foods rich in carotene: carrots, sweet potatoes, spinach, alfalfa, shepherd's purse and pea seedlings.
Foods rich in vitamin B 1: cereals, glutinous rice, flour, soybeans, peanuts, lean meat, liver and yeast.
Foods rich in vitamin B2: animal viscera, eggs, milk, beans and green leafy vegetables.
Foods rich in vitamin PP: cereals, peanuts, yeast, meat and animal offal.
