3. Pig's head meat, pig's ears and pig's tail
Perhaps the pig's head meat and pig's ears that everyone remembers are the ones sold at the braised pork stand outside. In addition to our common halogen, there is actually a more common practice, but maybe everyone is used to halogen.
It was a 14 holiday, and my family went to my grandmother's house for a month, because my grandparents were 85, which meant staying for a few more days during the holiday. My grandfather belongs to the kind of person who drinks every day and finishes it at once.
My grandfather knows that I also drink some wine. My grandmother said to take the pig's head, pig's ears and pig's tail upstairs to the kitchen to wash. I went to the street to buy marinated powder. I said I don't have to wash it directly, cook it and eat it. After cooking, I put them in hot water to clean the grease on the surface. 4: white meat
Everyone may know white meat with garlic paste, but it is not bad for a drinker in Hainan to use white meat once. The third-line meat is cooked with a little salt and sliced, and dipped directly in their local orange juice in Hainan, unlike oranges and lemons.
Later, I came back and cooked cold white meat. Fat but not greasy, very refreshing.
5: Sauced beef
Speaking of appetizers, I believe everyone is unconvinced. There is no such thing as martial arts drama. I haven't actually done how to cook beef with sauce. I just watched it made by a master brewer in Chongqing.
I think he boiled the brine first, then served the beef and turned off the fire, which lasted almost two hours. But I don't think this beef has any characteristics. It's really delicious.
