Methods/steps:
1, I really wanted a barbecue today, so I used chicken legs. All chicken is cured in the same way.
2. Cut some small holes with a knife. If it's another chicken, cut it into cubes or pieces.
3. Add a little cooking wine, salt and black pepper and mix well.
4. Add onion, ginger and minced garlic.
5. Add sesame oil, white vinegar, soy sauce and soy sauce and mix well.
6. Add bean paste and mix well (like cumin and cumin, like Chili powder and pepper powder).
7. Cover with plastic wrap and marinate for two hours.
