1. Step 1: Open dw software, create a new file, as shown in the figure below, and go to the following steps.

2. Step 2: After completing the above operations, click the common options, select the layout button, and then draw a layer, as shown below, and enter the following steps.

3. Step 3: After the above operations, click this layer again and draw another one. See that the first layer is layer 1 and the second layer is layer2, as shown below, and go to the following steps.

4. Step 4: After completing the above operations, put the cursor on layer 1, and then click Insert Table to create a table with one row, three columns and a width of 288, as shown in the following figure, and enter the following steps.

5. Step 5: After the above operation, enter Baidu experience in the form. Baidu knows that Baidu Library can set the following properties in the property bar, as shown in the figure below, and enter the following steps.

6. Step 6: After the above operations, enter the experience homepage, personal center, quiz homepage and help homepage on the second floor, and then set the following properties, as shown below. In this way, the problem is solved.
