The so-called hot noodle cake, is to use just boiled water hot flour and noodles.
Take a bowl of flour and add the freshly boiled water to the noodles bit by bit with a spoon, stirring quickly with chopsticks as you add. Until the mixture forms a dough, the dough should be slightly softer. Let the dough rest in the bowl for a while. Place the dough on a lightly floured board and form a ball. Roll out the dough and shape it into a thin pancake.
Pour a little oil on top of the rolled out dough, fold it over and over again, and spread the oil evenly over all the dough. Then, roll up the pastry as shown in the picture, bit by bit.
Roll the dough from one end to the other as shown in the picture. Once rolled out, shape the dough into a circle and roll it out again, but not too thin this time. Preheat the electric cake pan and grease it with more oil than usual. Since the dough is soft and rolled with oil, when you put the pancake into the electric pie pan, to prevent the pancake from falling apart, fold the rolled out pancake in half and then open it immediately to flatten it out. Turn and shake the pancake with the palm of your hand.
Be careful not to let the oil splash when you flip the pancake, and if you don't have enough oil, you can fill it up with more, and cook it until it's golden brown on both sides, then it's ready to come out of the pan. Out of the pan first folded into a semi-circle, and then folded into a fan, serving plate, on the table.
