Bamboo fish is one of the main economic fishes in China. Its meat is tender and sweet, rich in nutrition, and it lives in clean water without pollution. It is a veritable green product and is deeply loved by people. Among them, light (pit) bile also has medicinal value.
However, due to the pollution of "electric, fried and poisonous" fish and industrial wastewater in river water for many years, bamboo fish is almost on the verge of extinction. With the success of bamboo cage culture, by the end of 20 13, all the fry cultured in Longzhou county were caught by rivers.
Bamboo tube fish has the characteristics of miscellaneous eating habits, strong disease resistance and high breeding efficiency, and its meat is fat and tender, which is a good raw material for making sashimi and braised fish.
It is welcomed by the majority of aquaculture people, and the market value of commercial fish is high. In 2002, it won the title of Nanning famous brand agricultural products. It has high economic value and market prospect. Demand exceeds supply, which is a rare delicacy. Because the source of seeds is difficult, the quantity is small, the price is high, the market demand is large and the prospects are broad. ?
Living habits
Phyllostachys pubescens is one of the rare economic fish in the Pearl River system. It is a mixed herbivorous fish, which is green in color and likes duckweed, vegetables and young leaves. In the fresh and flowing deep water, people don't like to swim on the water surface or shallow water level, and often live in fast-flowing rivers or ravines.
The ability to resist hypoxia is poor, and the requirements for dissolved oxygen are similar to those of herring and carp. The optimum water temperature is 18 ~ 25℃. The fish is omnivorous, and grows slower than herring and grass carp, especially at 0 ~ 1, but faster at 1 ~ 2.
