Soak the dry vermicelli in water until soft.
Soak the mushrooms until soft, slice them, and pickle them with sugar, oil, and soy sauce.
3 large leaves of cabbage, cut into shreds.
Grate half a carrot or cut into thin slices.
1 handful bean sprouts, washed.
1 pinch of shrimp
A few pieces of garlic, smashed.
Minced meat or slices of meat are marinated with soy sauce, sugar, wine, pepper, and cornstarch.
1 piece of pork suet, cut into cubes and marinated with salt.
1. Heat the pan to drain the pork suet, remove the pork residue and set aside.
2. Saute garlic until fragrant.
3. Stir-fry the minced meat, remove and set aside.
4. Sauté the shrimp until fragrant.
5. Add cabbage, bean sprouts and carrots and stir-fry.
6. Add vermicelli and stir-fry.
7. Pour in the water used to soak mushrooms, chicken and shrimps, and bring to a boil.
8. Season with salt, sugar and pepper.
9. Add minced meat.
10. Cover the pot and simmer for 10 minutes.
11. Install the disc. Sprinkle lard crumbs on top.
