Ingredients: trotters;
Accessories: Zanthoxylum bungeanum, Amomum tsaoko, fragrant leaves, dried peppers, ginger and onions;

Clean pig's trotters, cut them into 2 pieces, and blanch them in a pot.
Put the scalded pig's trotters into a stew pot, add more than half of the pot water, add appropriate amount of cooking wine, soy sauce, onion ginger, pepper, pepper, aniseed, fragrant leaves and tsaoko, bring to a boil with high fire, and simmer for 2 hours.
After stewing for about 2 hours, you can prepare for the pot. If you like the soup with a gelatinous texture, you can add some white sugar or rock sugar appropriately and cook for a few minutes on high fire, and the soup will become thick and bright.
Sprinkle chopped green onion for decoration.
