How to stir-fry meat slices with gourds
1. Slice the gourds and set aside
2. Season the meat with cornstarch
3. Good lean meat is over-oiled
4. Leave some residual oil in the pot, add the gourds and stir-fry
5. Fry until the gourds are broken and add the oiled meat slices
6. Add salt to taste
7. Add a little water and cook the gourd until cooked
8. Serve and enjoy
