As for the egg white, we use electric egg beater to beat it, and add a small amount of white sugar in 3-4 times until it looks like cream.
Then, we will add the beaten egg whites into the beaten egg yolk liquid for three times, and stir them from bottom to top every time, not in one direction.
Next, brush the bottom of the inner container of the rice cooker with a layer of oil, not too much. Pour the liquid into the inner container gently, and then gently shake it a few times to make it stable.
Then, put the lid on, and rice cookers generally have the function of baking cakes. You don't have to worry about pressing the button to the cake function, just wait for it.
