Ingredients
1 sweet potato, 1 tsp cheese powder, 1 slice butter, sesame seeds
Methods
1. Steam the sweet potato in a pot over high heat, then take it out of the pot and remove the skin.
2. Put the steamed sweet potatoes into a large bowl, add cheese and butter to the bowl, and mash them vigorously to make mashed sweet potatoes with cheese and butter.
3. Stuff the mashed sweet potatoes with cheese and butter into a container (wipe the inside of the container with a layer of oil before stuffing) and sprinkle a few sesame seeds on top.
4. Put the container of mashed potatoes with cheese and butter into the microwave oven, bake for about three minutes, and then take it out to serve when you see the potatoes swell up through the glass door. (Note, be sure to use a special container that can go into the microwave, otherwise it will be dangerous).
