Accessories: 50g of winter bamboo shoots and 3g of starch (broad bean).
Seasoning: soy sauce 20g white sugar 5g monosodium glutamate 1g sesame oil 15g peanut oil 25g each.
The practice of longevity dishes:
1. Cut off the stems of Pleurotus tuber-regium and rinse them repeatedly with clear water;
2. Cut the washed winter bamboo shoots into 4 cm thin slices;
3. Heat the wok. When the oil is heated to 60% to 70%, stir-fry the winter bamboo shoots in a wok, then add mushrooms, add soy sauce, sugar, monosodium glutamate, fresh soup 150ml, and fire;
4. Bring to a boil with high fire and simmer for about 15 minutes until the mushrooms are soft and cooked. When the gravy is inhaled and fat, tighten the gravy on high fire;
5. thicken with wet starch, stir fry a few times, pour sesame oil out of the pot and plate.
