Steps of making mutton stir-fried with green onions

2. Green onions Cut the horse ears into sections, cut the red pepper into diagonal sections, slice the ginger and garlic, and cut the coriander into long sections and set aside.

Cut the mutton into thin slices, marinate it for 20 minutes with one teaspoon of salt, half a tablespoon of rice wine, half a tablespoon of light soy sauce, half a teaspoon of sugar, half a teaspoon of pepper, half a teaspoon of egg white, and half a tablespoon of wet starch. Finally, add a teaspoon of dry starch and mix well and set aside.

Tips & Warm Tips
1. Many people like to use mutton slices to make fried mutton with green onion, but the taste of mutton slices is completely different from that of fresh mutton. The texture and taste are different. I think the one made with fresh mutton tastes better.
2. You don’t need to add red pepper and coriander to the fried mutton with green onion, but in order to make the color of the finished product more attractive, I added some decoration.
