Detailed steps of chicken feet tofu
1. Cut the tofu into domino pieces, cook in boiling water for 10 minute, take it out and let it cool;
2. Wash bean sprouts and shrimps;
3. Wash the onion and ginger and cut them into sections and blocks respectively;
